Our products come with one year of software maintenance and support and it is highly recommended that you renew each year to continue using our support services. By subscribing to the maintenance plan, you will receive many benefits, including updates and upgrades at no additional cost.
Additionally, you will have access to software downloads and activation assistance. You will also receive invitations to monthly software webinars that focus on your specific product. If you require support, you will be granted priority access through phone, email, or chat during support hours.
