Our company has always prided itself on the unique relationship we develop with our customers. For over 32 years, our Remark Team has enjoyed working with many of you on your important projects. Whether it was helping you find a solution to a challenging form design issue, doing a personalized online webinar to show you how our software can help you, or simply answering the phone to assist you when you came across a (hopefully rare) bug in the system; It always amazes us how awesome our customers are. We hope we have delivered value to you, and in turn we want you to know how much we value the word-of-mouth business you provide to us. Thank you!

Celebrating Gravic’s 40th Anniversary

Let’s admit it– over the past few years we haven’t always been the best at keeping up with you. That is why we are restarting our biannual newsletter. We want to keep you up to date on what is happening as we strive to meet your needs and remain the best data collection software on the planet.

When our Remark product line first started in 1991 we had just one product: Remark Office OMR. It was sold via floppy disks and mailed to our customers by way of the post office. Today, our product line includes Remark Test Grading, Remark Classic OMR, and Remark Web Survey— all distributed worldwide and entirely online. We moved beyond PC software with the Remark Test Grading application and continually look for ways to better serve your needs.

We know that even in the age of TikTok, ChatGPT, and other quickly emerging technologies, there are still many people needing to capture data from their tests, surveys, ballots, and other forms. That is where we continue to focus our mission.

In these 32 years we changed offices more than once to accommodate our growing staff. We started families, made lifelong friends, and have been blessed to help our customers collect all sorts of data from billions of forms. We owe you a debt of gratitude for helping make these 32 years possible, and for helping us with our vision for the next 32.
