Additionally, you will have access to software downloads and activation assistance. You will also receive invitations to monthly software webinars that focus on your specific product. If you require support, you will be granted priority access through phone, email, or chat during support hours.

Training is customized to your needs and is conducted online between you and a Remark expert. Classes are up to 2 hours in length and are designed to get you up and running with the software quickly.
