I'm basically stealing the comment made by Paula on Feb 13, 2024.
It was a challenge for us also, made easy by Mark Bowers - thank you Mark for your ongoing support! We initially had a two-hour training over the phone which was helpful but broad in scope. Creating the templates was impossible for my non-IT brain, without Marks help via a multitude of phone calls to walk us through the process. We rely on Mark at the startup of every new year to assist via phone with necessary form updates. I highly recommend buying the support package annually to make things easier for busy administration staff like us.

The Remark product is easy to navigate and learning its process was simplistic while training for my current staff position as an Admin Assistant for a local technical college. If there was ever a question, customer support answer in a timely response and she you how to walk through certain process step-by-step. This is a great company that provide great services.

I have been using Remark Office for two years now to manage a mathematics contest for around ten thousand participants, and its performance is impressive and saves me plenty of time.

The OMR software is one of the best, it saves us a lot of time and hassel for the paper surveys we conduct. The service from Remark is top-notch, keep up the good work.

This software is a game changer.... I save a lot of time and money during our quarterly evaluation and examination for our teachers and students

I found the software easy to navigate set up. We are exploring this as a replacement for a certain, very expensive, bubble-sheet exam scanner. Remark has all of the reports that my faculty are seeking plus even more that we are finding use for.

This works perfectly for our needs and gives our team the option to use it for surveys and other useful tasks. I definitely recommend this software.
