We understand that you have many items on your plate and everyone has tight deadlines to meet. We’re here to help! Let our professional services assist you with your Remark implementation, including:

Here’s how it works:
- Professional services can be purchased at a minimum of 2 hours. Cost for initial 2 hours is $500, and $250 for every hour thereafter. Professional service hours must be used within one year of the purchase date.
- Once you submit a services request, we will discuss your needs with you and prepare a statement of work. We will estimate the time required for the services needed. Time estimates assume a resource is available to us to answer questions and review work in a timely manner.
- If you are utilizing form design services, we require a copy of the form in its current state (or at a minimum the questions and answer choices) so that we can properly prepare the statement of work and time estimate.
- Once the statement of work is signed, payment is due. Work commences when the statement of work is signed by both parties and payment is received.
