Here’s How it Works

Once you contact us to request training or services, we will discuss your needs with you and prepare a price quote. Services work require a statement of work. We will estimate the time and expense required for the services needed. Time estimates assume a resource is available to speak with us to answer questions and review work in a timely manner.

If you are utilizing form design services, we require a copy of the form in its current state (or at a minimum the questions and answer choices). For template creation services we need a copy of the form. Once we have these items, we can properly prepare the statement of work and time estimate.

Work commences when the statement of work is signed, payment is received, and we have all files and details needed to complete your project.
