If you are a customer of Remark Office OMR, we highly recommend you keep your annual software maintenance up to date. New purchases of Remark Office OMR include one year of Software Maintenance and Technical Support starting from the date of purchase. After the first year, you can renew your software maintenance contract for an additional year(s) for a fraction of the initial product cost.

The Remark Support Team provides support to customers having valid Maintenance and Technical Support. In addition to having access to the Remark Support Team, your Maintenance and Technical Support agreement includes free access to all updates and upgrades as soon as they are released! Customers without maintenance have to purchase any upgrades or updates if needed.

Technical Support Hours: Technical support assistance is available from 9 AM – 6 PM, Monday through Friday (EST/EDT), holidays excluded. Technical support is for the current version of software and one version back only. Technical support is available for technical issues that arise when using the software. If your inquiry is more of a “how to”, coaching, or training issue, please see our training offerings.


We highly encourage you to renew annual Maintenance and Technical Support so that you are always up to date on your software, which is particularly important in this fast-paced world of technology where operating systems are continually being updated. However, if you do not choose to renew Maintenance and Technical Support you may continue to utilize our free offerings but you will not have access to our support department, any product updates, product downloads, or assistance with activations in cases where your computer changes or fails. In addition, if you require any updates or assistance outlined in the maintenance policy in the future, you will be subject to renewing and paying back maintenance for the time that your service was inactive.

If you are using version 10 and have a Maintenance and Technical Support contract, you are entitled to the same support assistance above (no updates are included). If you do not have a Maintenance and Technical Support contract, we will not be able to provide assistance with support, downloads, and activation issues. Please consider upgrading, as this is the best way to receive assistance and stay current on your software.
