Remark Test Grading 2.7

As we step into the new year, the Remark Team is proud to unveil Remark Test Grading version 2.7, with new exciting features and enhancements based on your valuable feedback! We believe this update continues to demonstrate how committed we remain to making the process of grading smoother, more efficient, and tailored to your needs. Let’s delve into the latest additions that make Remark Test Grading 2.7 stand out.

Features and Enhancements

  • New Blackboard Gradebook Export: If you are using Blackboard as your LMS, but do not have our Blackboard Connector, we added a new gradebook export for you. The Blackboard Ultra gradebook format can be used to export grades from Remark to Blackboard using Blackboard’s “Offline” CSV import. You will need to know the gradebook column number and name, and then Remark will properly format the export file to import directly into the Blackboard gradebook. You can find this option with the Gradebook Export options in Remark Quick Stats. Want to see this feature in action? Click here.

  • Class Grades Export: We have often been asked for and have now implemented the ability to export all test grades for a class. From the My Classes page, or from within a class, you can now select Export Class Grades to download an Excel spreadsheet with grades for all of your students and tests. The file includes both the raw score and a percent score for each test.
  • Student Test Report Updates: We made a few changes to the Student Test Report based upon suggestions from customers:
    • Grade Information Location: You can now customize where you put the grade information that is displayed by default in the top right corner of the report. In the Report Style options you can now choose any of the four corners to display this information.
    • Partial Credit: When using partial credit to grade a question, the correct answers are now displayed as an asterisk so that all of the correct answers do not have to be shown (this was taking up a good amount of unnecessary space).
