Using Database Lookup in Remark Office OMR – Tuesday, October 30, 2018, 1:30 PM EDT
Remark Office OMR has a Database Lookup feature that can: 1) verify that the recognized data from a region appears in an external database and 2) after verifying the data, either replace the recognized data with new data, or append additional fields from the database in your collected data. For example, if students fill in their ID numbers on the forms being processed, with database lookup Remark can look up that student ID in an external database and either replace the ID with the student name or append the student name to the data. You can append as many fields as needed to make your data more meaningful. It’s a great way to add data to your reports without having to put it on the physical form.
This webinar is targeted to intermediate Remark Office OMR users.
