Are you under a tight deadline and need to get up and running with your Remark software quickly? Do you need training tailored to your specific needs? A Remark Customized Training Class may be just right for you. Our knowledgeable team of Remark Experts can provide one-on-one online training to you for any of our current Remark product releases.

What you get with a Remark customized training class

Before we schedule the training, a Remark Expert will talk with you to learn about your specific needs including:
- What tasks you need to complete with your software
- What type of equipment you are using
- Type of forms from which you are collecting data
- Third party tools used in the data collection process
- Reports you wish to run
- Anything else specific to your use case
If available, during the training we will work with your files to produce real results. You will receive any files created during training.
One-on-one interaction where you can ask questions that pertain specifically to you.
Demonstrate use of the software right on your computer screen from the comfort of your own office or home.

Details of your training class

Training includes up to 2 hours.
Training occurs online via a high speed Internet connection using GoToMeeting or similar tool.
Most of our customers use computer audio but if needed, we can call you for the conference portion of the training (Continental US only).
Training is scheduled on a mutually agreed upon date and time.
Training is offered for the current release of the software or application only.
Cost is typically $500 for a single session up to 2 hours in length.
