Many private, parochial and other independent K-12 institutions use FACTS LMS as their primary system for managing student data and grades. Similarly, many users rely on Remark Test Grading for efficient test creation and grading, both on paper and online. The FACTS Connector for Remark Test Grading seamlessly integrates these two solutions, streamlining data sharing between the platforms.
This integration makes it easy for instructors to import class rosters and tests from FACTS into Remark Test Grading, process them, and automatically sync the grades back into the FACTS LMS gradebook. With this powerful tool, grading tests becomes effortless.
Instructors pull in any desired classes from FACTS LMS. Then, select an assignment (test) from FACTS LMS and link it in Remark Test Grading. After that, simply set up a matching answer sheet and process the tests in Remark. Finally, sync the grades back into the FACTS LMS gradebook. It is easy and efficient!
From an IT perspective, the FACTS LMS Connector for Remark Test Grading significantly reduces administrative tasks. To set it up, simply link your Remark account with FACTS LMS by entering the URL of your FACTS LMS server and match the email addresses in FACTS to those in Remark. Once the connection is established, instructors can independently manage their classes and tests, eliminating the need for the Remark administrator to manually import classes and rosters. The administrator only needs to import a list of instructors during the initial setup.
FACTS LMS maintains full control over your data. Remark does not permit any modifications to class rosters, student names, or other information retrieved from FACTS LMS. The only updates made are the test grades, which are automatically synced back to FACTS LMS.

Instructors log in to FACTS LMS the first time they access the Connector. Once the initial connection is made, the instructor links a class from FACTS LMS to Remark. Student rosters are imported automatically at connection time. Class rosters can be resynced at any time to accommodate new students in a class or to remove students who dropped a class.
For tests, instructors create a test in FACTS LMS and then link it to a Remark test. If linked, graded data is synchronized for this test with the click of a button. Or, if desired, any changes to the test grades are automatically sent to the FACTS LMS gradebook!
