Dr. Zvia Naphtali is an Adjunct Clinical Assistant Professor of Public Administration at the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University. She has been using Remark Office OMR to help many non-profits with their numerous surveys. One notable research effort was at New York University’s Institute for Education and Social Policy, where Dr. Naphtali helped develop a number of surveys for a project on Performance-Driven Budgeting: The Example of New York City’s Schools. You can read about the study here. Another was when Dr. Naphtali was the Data Manager for a study on the not-for-profit sector in New York City, where they developed a large number of surveys using Remark: The New York City Nonprofits Project.
What Dr. Naphtali enjoys most about the software is that it is “uncomplicated and easy to use.” Currently Dr. Naphtali is teaching at New York University, most notably teaching a Surveys and Interviews course where she invites Gravic for a Remark presentation each fall. We thank Dr. Naphtali for her continual feedback and promotion of our software.
