This report shows for each question on the form all of the students responses for that question.
Description
The Response Report by Item report allows you to easily see all of the responses to a specific question on your test. Responses can be multiple choice, or handwritten responses. User can select which questions to show on the report at run time. Showing the student identifiers is optional.
