Remark Web Survey 5.4 Released!

We are excited to let you know that a new update is available for Remark Web Survey 5! We continually work on all of our products, primarily based on your suggestions, and are happy to tell you about some of the new features in version 5.4:

• Updated data formats for exporting data, including CSV and Access/Excel 2013
• Completely overhauled Remark Quick Stats that’s makes it easier to modify reports, add report favorites and access commonly used features
• A new Integrated Item Analysis report that combines the Condensed Item Analysis with the Response Report to create one, streamlined report
• A new Excel export for reports that outputs the reports all at once to different tabs in the workbook

The update is available to customers who have a valid support contract. If your support contract has lapsed you will want to contact our sales team at [email protected] to renew your contract so that you can get this powerful update. Current users of version 5.2 and 5.3 can upgrade seamlessly. If you are still using 5.0 or 5.1, you will need to coordinate the upgrade with your website administrator, as new scripts need to be installed on the web server. Our support team can advise you on what to do if you are in this boat.

With all this good news there is one piece of bad news: We are no longer supporting Windows XP with version 5.4. However, if you are using Windows XP, you can continue to use version 5.3. And on the good news front, Windows 10 is supported!
