Did you know there is an easy way to generate, print, and filter reports in Remark Quick Stats®? It’s called the Report Batch Wizard, and the great news is that this feature is available in Remark Office OMR, Remark Classic OMR, and Remark Web Survey. Whether you are processing surveys, tests, or any other form type, the Report Batch Wizard can save you time and effort. Here’s how:
And the best news of all? Once you set up your Report Batch Wizard file you can easily recall it in Remark Quick Stats with the click of a button, or even make it your default report by choosing it under Tools|Preferences|Default Reports. Having it run as soon as you grade a test or tabulate a survey can save you a great amount of time.
To run the Report Batch Wizard, within Remark Quick Stats, select Tools|Report Batch Wizard. The wizard then walks you through the steps of auto filtering (optional), selecting the desired reports, and then determining what to do with the reports (print or save). When you complete the wizard, you are prompted to save the settings as a file for use later.
