Emailing Reports to Teachers and Students

You can email reports either to yourself or directly to students (if you have student email addresses in the system). When emailing reports to students, they only see their information. You could also substitute a parent email address for the student email address to be able to email reports right to parents.

To email reports

  1. To email reports to yourself (the logged in user):

    1. Click the email envelope next to a report, or select reports and then click Email Me in the menu on the left.

    2. Click the OK button to send the report(s).

  2. To email reports to students:

    1. Click Email Students in the left menu.

    2. Choose the report to email: Student Grade Report, Students Statistics Report, Student Test Report.

    3. Choose the Recipients from the list. Note that if a student has an email address in the system, it is listed next to the student's name. Only students with email addresses can be selected.

    4. Click the Send button. The selected students receive only his/her own report via email (students do not see any other student's information).
