At Gravic we strive to continually improve our products, staff and services. As a result, we are always trying to evaluate our company and products through a whole host of customer surveys. We have many surveys and forms asking about how products and staff have performed. If you are a customer, you have probably been solicited for your feedback at some point in time. We appreciate the honest feedback both good and bad about our products and staff. Although we get overwhelmingly positive reviews, we always appreciate comments that point us towards areas where we can improve. Most of our product updates come from the feedback from customers who request new or updated features that will better satisfy their needs.
